I'm trying to investigate a logical file based on a windows directory (\users\), but when email parser module is run no ost files appears on datasources tree or emails messages results.

Provided the OST file has the expected signature, the module will try and parse it using libpst - you may want to check that a) the signature is an expected PFF/PST/OST signature and b) the version is supported by libpst

Thank you for your response.
I was using a Outlook 64 bit PST file which in fact is not supported nowadays.
